All bookings initiated through this website are considered requests. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a formal confirmation email or SMS from our operations team. Pure Maid Service reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking for reasons including, but not limited to, availability, scheduling conflicts, or service area limitations.

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation. For residential and commercial cleaning services in Taguig City and surrounding BGC areas, payment is due upon completion of service unless a corporate account has been established.

The materials on Pure Maid Service's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Pure Maid Service makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Pure Maid Service does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials on any sites linked to this site.
